our annual spring gala dinner and
auction. Our gala this year will take
place on April 1, 2017.  This is the
major annual fundraiser for our school.  
Thanks to the dedication of  many, many
generous volunteers and donors, this
event has continued to grow each year.

GALA RAFFLE
Prizes available in this year's gala raffle are:

Tickets are available in church.  Sold tickets can be put in the boxes in church or can be turned in to the church office.

Reservations are sold out!  Thank you to everyone for your generosity!
DONATING ITEMS FOR THE AUCTION
Many items are needed for the main (oral) and silent auctions.  We ask that you fill out a donation slip for each item
that you donate.  This will allow us to plan the auction program and to make sure all items are included in the auction
booklet.  Donation slips are available in church or slips
can be downloaded by clicking here.  Slips can be put in the
boxes in church or can be turned in to the church office.  Please have slips turned in by March 1.
NEEDED: MANY VOLUNTEERS!
Many volunteers are needed to help prior to the auction, the day of the auction, and cleaning up afterwards.  Please
call Brandy or Alison or any member of the auction committee if you are able to assist us.
