Welcome to our web page dedicated to our annual spring gala dinner and auction!

Unfortunately, due to the current restrictions on public gatherings because of the pandemic, we
are unable to hold our traditional gala dinner and auction for this year.  However, the St. Mary’s
Core Gala Committee has decreed to instead host a
2021 Benefaction. We believe this is in the
best interest for the safety of our entire community. We realize that it is through your support
over the previous years we have been able to continue the ministry of providing a high quality
Catholic education to our students. We believe this support will continue through our
Benefaction, and we look forward to once again being able to celebrate our traditional Annual
Dinner Auction.

We are pleased to be able to offer our gala raffle again this year:  Prizes are:

1) Handmade Queen Size Quilt and Pillowcases. (Quilted and Donated by the Piecemakers Quilting Group)
2) Handmade Afghan (Donated by Friend of St. Mary’s)
3) $250 Kohl’s Gift Certificate (Donated by Tom & Cathy Sauer)
4) $200 Cash (Donated by Dr. & Mrs. John Beck)

Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5.  Tickets are available in church or through school.  Tickets are due on March 21, with
drawing to be held on March 26.

2021 Gala Raffle Tickets

We are offering a limited number of items for bidding through ultimate bid sheets which are now available.  These
items include student projects and reserved pews for Christmas and Easter Masses.  These will be due on March 21,
with the winning bids to be announced on March 26.

When we are once again able to gather for our traditional gala, we will be in need of many volunteers. We have many
roles, both large and small, before, during and after the auction. Please contact Brandy or any committee member if
you are able to assist us.

Current Members of the core gala committee are Brandy Maes (chairperson), Ron Korando, Dainelle Powell, Kathy
Albrecht and Brian Niermann.  Any questions or concerns can be directed to one of the committee members.  We can
also use a few more people to fill roles on the committee.  Thank you!

As a part of our 2021 Benefaction to benefit St. Mary’s School, we are asking everyone to consider making a monetary
donation directly to our school.  If you have attended the dinner/auction in the past, perhaps you would consider a
donation in the amount you would normally spend at the auction.  All donations, however, are welcomed and
appreciated.  Donations may be sent to the parish office or placed in the collection at church (please denote that it
is a 2021 Benefaction donation). We deeply appreciate your continued support of St. Mary's School!
